Keder is a special welding of synthetic fabric to the edge of the billboard (or banner) so that when installing your sign, the billboards edges nest inside the Aluminium track. It provides great overall strength above ropes. This system can not be used in conjunction with ropes.

Keeping it easy

 

If your business regularly updates their outdoor advertising, this is the system for you. Once you establish the framing around wherein your billboard is, the simple slide in system makes further updates easy and it will lower your installation efforts.
Also, as billboards may vary slightly from repeat to repeat due to the finishing process, we suggest that when you fix the aluminium extrusion to the framing, you use elongated holes to allow for later tensioning adjustment.

Note: We don't put the signs up, we are involved in large printing onto PVC. It's just so much cheaper to arrange a local building contractor or your companies maintenance team.

Tips: Outdoor advertising can now have photos without adding to the printing costs.
We suggest that you obtain the largest quality photographs you can get your hands on and scan them at minimum 600 dpi.

When making large signs or billboards, banners etc, the better your original photograph quality, the better the finished result.

You can purchase the caravan tracking from most hardware outlets and Aluminium centers etc. Ask for 6mm Id unless we suggest a different option.
